本機器主要應用于焊縫銑削打磨處理。

可實現階梯銑削，A B C點銑削，根據型材焊接后進行0.01毫米為單位進行調整。

整機實現一鍵更換刀片，一鍵更換磨片，智能提醒更換銑削和磨片。

自動記憶磨片損耗，自動調整力度。

銑刀和選用45°斜角4刃與5刃，90°直角銑刀。

所有運動方向全部選用臺灣HIWI方軌。高速銑削。磨輪轉速進給和進行精細調整。

人機交互界面，簡單易學。一次完成，效率高。省去人工周轉時間。
